Seasoned Red Potatoes

Melt Butter 3/4 Tbsp
Canola Oil 3/4 Tbsp
Red potatoes
Mix in a little dish
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp season salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 Tbsp Mrs. Dash (yellow bottle)
1) Dice potatoes and put in bowl. Melt Butter and mix with canola oil. Spread and mix with hands or spoons all over potatoes.
2)Lay out Aluminum foil on baking tray. Spread potatoes all over. Sprinkle with a little Mrs Dash.
3) Preheat Oven to 400 degrees.
4) Lay Potatoes flat on sheet so they can crisp up. Cook till golden brown and tender.
